This is also one of my wishlist, Cerave Moisturizing Cream since it has A LOT of great review especially for dry and sensitive skin. So this is my thoughts on it.
What it claims?
Developed with dermatologists, CeraVe Moisturizing Cream effectively moisturizes while helping to restore the protective skin barrier. This rich, non-greasy cream, with 3 essential ceramides and hyaluronic acid, provides all day hydration after just one use. Fragrance free formula is suitable for sensitive skin.
Ingredients. Purified Water, Glycerin, Ceteareth-20 and Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Ceramide 3, Ceramide 6-II, Ceramide 1, Hyaluronic Acid, Cholesterol, Petrolatum, Dimethicone, Potassium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Phytosphingosine, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum

Packaging. This is the perfect moisturizer packaging for me. A tube packaging with a flap lid supaya penutup tak hilang (This woman suka hilangkan penutup skincare...). It does not contains any anti-oxidant so takde masalah pun kalau dia jar packaging, however bila kita celup celup jari, takut tak bersih. Kalau pakai spatula okay je. Tapi leceh. So I really love this kind of packaging for my moisturizer.
Texture. The texture is quite thick. It's good for dry skin or people yang duduk tempat yang tak berpeluh macam dalam aircond. Pakai nipis nipis pun rasa jugak thickness dia.
Scent. No noticeable scent that I noticed. Cuma bau chemical gitu, takde fragrance kan.
My experience
I use this as a normal moisturizer, pagi and malam. My normal routine:
1. Cleanse
2. Tone
3. Moisturize - Cerave Moisturizing Cream
4. Sunscreen (Kalau siang)
It doesn't makes my skin feels greasy and melekit kalau pakai nipis nipis waktu siang. No irritation, and makes my skin feels good. Kalau terlebih pakai, maybe rasa melekit sikit.
However, bila I pakai this cream without my hydrating toner, I still rasa kulit I tight sikit. Kalau ada hydrating toner, baru perfect and rasa lengkap. Maybe it's just me. (I alternate Klairs toner and Etude House Soon Jung)
The ingredients are good, contains glycerin, ceramides, and cholesterol that can improve your skin barrier. If your skin barrier rasa terganggu, this is a good moisturizer.
A good basic moisturizer if you have a dry/sensitive skin. Tapi dia tak ada lah antioxidant or any skin brightening properties so don't expect too high lah.
I bough this from website iherb for RM18.80. Also read Iherb haul. It's hard to get in Malaysia, dah lah kena tunggu lama. Hopefully cepat lah masuk Guardian / Watsons.

Who will not love this?
Oilier skin type since this is quite thick, unless duduk dalam aircond.
Repurchase?
Maybe not since I don't really like the thick texture. I suka moisturizer yang absorbs nicely into my skin. Unless senang nak dapat dekat Malaysia, then maybe I beli bila desperate :)
