Happy Mask Jeju Face Mask Review

All six Happy Masks that was sent to me. So this is my thoughts on them.

I received 6 types which are:
1. Jeju Tsubaki (Ultra Soothing)
2. Jeju Lotus Flower (Brightening)
3. Jeju Lily (Brightening)
4. Seaweed (Moisturizing)
5. Green Tea (Anti-Oxidant)
6. Aloe Vera (Ultra Soothing)

How to use?
Apply on cleansed face for 10-15mins and then remove from face. Massage slightly with fingertips to aid absorption of the excess essence on skin. No need to rinse. Discard mask after use. Use daily for best result.

It contains 25ml of essences which I personally think it's quite a lot and there's a lot of remaining essence in the pack after I've used the sheet mask. The remaining essence also cause a lot of dripping which is kind of messy. So buka lah baik baik.

There is no plastic attached to the mask. Dia just lipat macam ni je so you need to unfold it nicely and the essence is dripping so be careful! The material is quite thin and comfortable.

As for the fit, it fits my skin nicely but I think it's a bit small for my face since it didn't cover my entire forehead and nose. However, I like the coverage for the eyes and moth area since it is not too big. Just nice for me. As for the adherence, it still sticks for the whole 20 minutes even when I'm moving. Cuma essence dia dripping kat bawah dagu.

It is specially developed with AQUAPlux to provide ultimate skin hydration, leaving skin feeling moist and relaxed after every single mask enjoyment.

It is free from parabens (you can read about paraben here: https://www.imanabdulrahim.com/2018/06/skincare-101-paraben-bahaya-ke-tak.html ), TEA (triethanolamine which acts as pH balancer and emulsion stabilizer but may be dangerous for your skin, however the amount used in cosmetics is normally 1%. Kalau risau, better avoid), mineral oil (depends on your skin, my skin okay je kalau ada mineral oil) and colourant. It is also free from alcohol but they didn't mention it in the description. Rasanya bagus juga kalau diorang mention since ramai yang nak avoid alcohol.

The common star ingredients for all of these masks are:
- Glycerin: A humectant (attract water). Best for hydration.
- Panthenol: Also known as pro vitamin B5, ability to attract and hold moisture
- Allantoin: Soothing ingredient
- Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate: Also known as Licorice Extract and one of the best ingredient for soothing and improve the skin tone.

It also contains hydrolyzed collagen. The source is from marine. The fragrance in these masks are quite high, so if you have sensitive skin, you might wanna avoid this.

Happy Mask Jeju Seaweed Face Mask (Moisturizing)
To deliver skin hydration, leaving it soft and supple. Some star ingredients (selain daripada I mention kat atas tu) are Laminaria Japonica Extract (kelp = brown seaweed for soothing and moisture), Undaria Pinnatifida Extract (brown algae), Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (green tea), and Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Water (lotus). My skin feels well hydrated after using this sheet mask and there's also some soothing effect. As for the claims, yes, it makes my skin feels soft and supple.

Happy Mask Jeju Aloe Vera Face Mask (Ultra Soothing)
To protect skin, leaving it soothed and revitalised. Some star ingredients (selain daripada I mention kat atas tu) are Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract (Aloe Vera), Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (for brightening but may not be good if you have fungal acne), and some fruit extracts such as Wild Cherry (anti-oxidant), Papaya, Lemon, Orange, Blueberry and Yuzu. If you have very sensitive skin, check again if your skin is okay with these fruit extracts. As for me, I don't have any irritation while using this sheet mask. It makes my skin feels calm and soothing.

Happy Mask Jeju Lily Face Mask (Brightening)
To brighten tired, dull skin, leaving it radiant with a natural glow. Some star ingredients (selain daripada I mention kat atas tu) are Phormium Tenax Extract (based on wikepedia, it's an evergreen perennial plant native to New Zealand and Norfolk Island), Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (green tea), and Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Water (lotus). This sheet mask is hydrating but I didn't notice any brightening effect or natural glow. Maybe kena pakai banyak kali baru nampak. Glow sebab hydrated skin, maybe yes.

Happy Mask Jeju Green Tea Face Mask (Anti-Oxidant)
Antioxidant and hydrating properties, leaving skin smooth and healthy skin complexion. Some star ingredients (selain daripada I mention kat atas tu) are Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (for brightening but may not be good if you have fungal acne), Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (green tea), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera) and and some fruit extracts such as Wild Cherry (anti-oxidant), Papaya, Lemon, Orange, Blueberry and Yuzu.

For this one, the ingredient list is ALMOST the same as the Aloe Vera mask, cuma yang ni ada additional green tea. The wild cherry fruit extract is one of the potent source of antioxidant, which helps to protect our skin. It is also a rich source of vitamin C. Green tea is also great for soothing irritated skin.

Happy Mask Jeju Lotus Flower Face Mask (Brightening)
To brightens skin tone, leaving it lustrous with a radiant glow. Some star ingredients (selain daripada I mention kat atas tu) are Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (for brightening but may not be good if you have fungal acne), Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Water (lotus), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera) and and some fruit extracts such as Wild Cherry (anti-oxidant), Papaya, Lemon, Orange, Blueberry and Yuzu. There are some minimal improvement in terms of the brightening skin tone and I can see the glow, although I think it's from the hydrating properties. Bila kulit hydrated, kulit akan nampak lagi gebu and glowing. This might be my fav among others.

Happy Mask Jeju Tsubaki Face Mask (Ultra Soothing)
To strengthen skin barrie, leaving it soothed and revitalized. Some star ingredients (selain daripada I mention kat atas tu) are Camellia Japonica Seed Oil (which is a good anti-oxidant and soothing our skin), Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (green tea) and Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Water (lotus).

I personally like the sheet masks as it makes my skin feels better after using it. It didn't cause me any irritation or redness.

Recommended?
Yes, if your skin is okay with the ingredient list.
