Even though it is Ramadhan, you don't need to compromise your skincare regime. You can still maintain a well hydrated skin. A well hydrated skin is a natural glowing skin. Who doesn't want a glowing and radiant skin, right?!

A dehydrated skin will look dull and rough. No one wants that. Let me share on how to keep your skin hydrated during Ramadhan.

1. Drink enough water.

First of all, you need to make sure that you are drinking enough of water between iftar and sahur.

 2. Avoid sugary drinks and foods.

Secondly, instead of drinking sugary drinks and food, try switching to fruit juice and eat more healthy  fruits. My favourite fruits are watermelons and oranges!

3. Stay protected from UV rays 

Over exposure to UV rays may cause premature aging, wrinkles, dark spots and even skin cancer. As the sunlight is the main source of UV rays, try to avoid staying in the sun especially from 10AM to 4PM, wear protective clothes and don't forget to apply your sunscreen before going out.

Apart from UV rays, indoor and outdoor pollution can also damage our skin barrier and weaken the skin capacity to retain water. Our skin also undergoes thermic shock (sudden variations in temperature and humidity) that may cause tightness and dehydrated skin. But don't you worry! 4. Face mist

5. Use hydrating serum and moisturizer
