Sebenarnya dah lama sangat nak try this toner sebab it's one of the best seller and highly raved product so I really wanted to try! This one I got it for free sebab dapat sample, from Hermo rasanya a long long time ago. (Like more than 6 months ago?)

Kalau dekat Hermo, normal price RM80 including GST. Nattacosme pun harga RM80. And this miniature size pun ada jugak kalau nak try, RM19.90 for 30mL.

Ingredient analysis

Sodium Hyaluronate - which is a great humectant to attract water to your skin

Centella Asiatica Extract - also knows as pegaga kalau dalam bahasa melayu. Great for soothing skin.

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract - Aloe vera, also great for soothing

How to use?

1) After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to clear skin

2) Use the heat of your palms to help the complete absorption

3)For dry areas, multiple applications are recomended

4) If using a cotton pad, soak the pad completely.

For me, I apply this toner after cleanser and my first treatment essence. Apply atas tangan and dab dekat muka. Tak guna cotton pad sebab taknak membazir and I feel my skin is better when I'm not using cotton pads.

The colour/consistency/texture:

It's colourless, and the texture is not as light and watery but not as thick as an essence. Dia macam thicker than water.


As you can see, it's not really watery yang cepat je dia mengalir but not to thick.

The scent
It has this herbal-ish scent which is very soothing and calming. The kind of scent that I love. Really refreshing. They don't have fragrance so memang tak ada bau wangi yang fake tu. I tak suka langsung skincare yang bau wangi. (Personal preference)

How I feel?

I have dry skin tau, for your reference. I use this toner as a hydrating toner, for almost 4 weeks already. Sometimes I tertinggal jugak la pakai. But most of the time, I pakai 2 kali sehari, pagi & malam.

The pH is pH5 which is suitable for our skin. If you have a very basic routine, and nak cari toner yang best, this is good enough. The ingredients are good!

However, it contains lavender oil, eucalyptus oil and lemon peel oil which sometimes is bad for sensitive skin. If you have really really really sensitive skin, be careful as this might stings a bit. Rasa pedih pedih sikit, kot. For me, tak ada langsung rasa pedih tu, maybe % very low sebab dia ingredient yang last last, but just be careful.

As for my experience, I really love the smell, I love the texture, very thin! Just tuang and dab dab dekat muka, and biar dia absorb. It absorbs quite fast. And memang semua absorb, so NO STICKY AND TACKY FEELING AT ALL. Which is not good, for me..... Sebab I suka sticky feeling kalau pakai toner.... Kena pakai banyak kali baru okay sikit.

Tapi, a very great toner kalau nak buat layering method. 3 layers or 5 layers or 7 layers, memang best sebab dia absorbs best gila and tak sticky langsung. (3/5/7 layers of toner ni maksudnya pakai toner 3/5/7 kali) Or, if you have combination or oily skin, memang tak sticky LANGSUNG. Bila pegang kulit tu terus tak ada rasa melekit langsung. And kulit memang rasa veryyyy hydrating.

It claims to prolonging hydration by more than 20% than conventional toners with hyaluronic acid and beta-glucan. - Which I think is trueeee! 

No irritation, tak ada rasa pedih langsung, memang selesa pakai, rasa very hydrated, pores pun makin nampak okay. And bila kulit hydrated, rasa la sikit glowing, tak ada la kusam sangat.

Hydrates and calms sensitive skin? YES

Tidies the skin texture to smoothen while maintaining the optimal pH balance? I can feel my skin texture is getting better but not really obvious. And pH balance, YES

Calming formula, the non-irritating, super hydrating toner can be used for sensitive skin as well? My skin is quite sensitive, so yes!

A facial toner that rehydrates and refreshes skin? YES

An alcohol free toner that neutralize skin surface impurities? YES

Gentle yet effective toner for everyday use? YES

However, this is basically for hydration, soothing sensitive skin, and improving skin texture. If you want a toner to reduce acne or acne scars, I don't really think this is for you. Better use acids la kot? (Just my personal views)

Recommended for?

People with combination or oily skin who needs hydration to balance their skin since it can regulate the sebum production so boleh control the oiliness. Or, people yang nak the soothing effects. Or, people who needs an everyday hydrating toner. This is really good!

Who will not love this?
Me? Haha. I personally don't fancy how the toner feels like. So, if you have really really dry skin like me, you might not like it too. Tapi ada je dry skin yang suka this toner sebab dia absorbs and tak melekit langsung. Depends on their preference. And maybe, people with REALLY REALLY sensitive skin cause this might irritates you.

Repurchase?
For me, not really.
