I'm not really a foundation kind of girl. I only have 1-2 foundations, and this is only my third foundation that I've tried.
However, this Wet n Wild Photofocus Foundation got a lot of great reviews and suitable for dry skin like me? And of course, it's soooo affordable!

Packaging
This product comes in a 30mL glass bottle. Tapi tak pecah pun kalau jatuh, kot? The black pastic lid tu ada a paddle/spatula attached to apply the foundation. I prefer pump becuase it's easier to dispense the product. Tak messy. Tapi yang ni pun, okay lah. Cuma I jenis clumsy orang nya, takut tertumpah je bila guna -.-
Texture/coverage/finish
It is quite runny, tak thick sangat. Tapi bila dah blend, dia medium coverage, and buildable. Great coverage. For me, dia tak matte finish. In the middle of dewy-matte. Satin-ish or semi-matte kot.
Scent
Chemical-scent, like a paint, tapi kejap je. Bila dah pakai, tak bau sangat.
My review on Wet n Wild PhotoFocus Foundation
My first impression on this foundation, is the scent. Kuat sangat bau chemical dia. Tapi kejap je. I applied it and intsantly it clings on my dry patches. Since I have dry skin, memang segala dryness tu nampak. I don't like it. Especially the area tepi hidung, really dry. I set it with my NYX Dewy Setting Spray. After awhile, it is getting better. For my first experience, it was ok, except, a bit drying.
So, I tried it again, but this time, I make sure I moisturized my skin carefully, biar muka dah lembab. Then, I applied it with a damp sponge. I sprayed my face mist on the sponge and blend the foundation. After that, I set it with powder and my NYX Dewy Setting Spray. The result? No more dry patches and the foundation looks better on my skin.

After jalan jalan, kena panas sikit, berpeluh, after 8 hours, it is still ok. It is not full coverage. Medium but blendable. Light blemishes, semua boleh cover. Even my dark circles are less noticable. I love it. Can use it for attending events and weddings! (Since I malas nak pakai foundation kalau keluar biasa biasa)
My tips on applying foundation for dry skin:
1. Make sure to moisturize your skin, and use a hydrating primer
2. Blend the foundation with a damp sponge. Use any face mist.
3. Set it with a dewy setting spray.
For oily skin yang nak this foundation nampak matte:
1. Use mattifying primer but you still need to moisturize
2. Set it with setting powder and setting spray.
Overall, I think this foundation is suitable for all skin type, tapi kena pandai adjust lah supaya sesuai dengan kulit masing masing.
There are only 7 shades available right now at SASA. Stock dia tak banyak, but you can always buy them online.
